(OT) E&P vs OS - BigBull/CmpOmis First no one can guarantee share prices as we've seen. Between techs and lack of respect for cyclicals/value we've witnessed a crazy market these last 6 months. Slider was right about the EARNINGS though between the OSX stocks vs E&P's but wrong about their perforance as you point out BigBull. I don't think anyone predicted this underperformance in the OSX/E&P's over the last 6 months. Gary has probably been most correct by waiting it out (for the most part). Has BigBull ever posted anything that talks about economies in Asia being slow to recover. We are all "selling" something here. I don't see how Slider is soooo EVIL in the manner that he promotes his stocks. About the ONLY stock where Slider could have any effect would be MEXP and he has shown by his calls that his influence on MEXP stock price has been spotty at best (ie no correlation imho). As for the insults they can be excessive, but by looking at the typical Yahoo poster I wouldn't say Slider's levels of insults differs much from virtually anyone on Yahoo who feels he has complete anonymity. Why do I keep sticking up for Slider? I believe that if I get you guys to quit your "moral" crusade in an INVESTMENT forum we'll have far fewer off-topic postings around here. Happy investing all.
