Now that is the kind of question I love to ponder. How large is the Universe? Can it be observed from the outside? If so where are you? If it all curves back on itself, should we be able to see ourselves in the distance, and in the past? There are lots of questions that are forced on those studying the Universe, where any answer seems absurd.

I like the fact that there seems to be forbidden knowledge, but we keep making progress towards answers. It is at once frustrating and intriguing, and I like spending hours thinking of ways to get at the forbidden knowledge.
