rsys completed IBM's OCP purchase on dec 29,99. this unit 1999 rev is $45-50M. Rsys paid $13.9M now, may pay more during 2001-2003, but not more than $30M in total. Viewing rsys's PSR of 3.9 and only 27 employees in OCP (how could they generate such amount of rev?), this is a great deal.(ws)
