Because I enjoy laughing at people who believe in God and criticize other people in print because they (1) believe in a slightly different God; or (2) don't believe in God at all. Also, I like to attack people who (3) want to impose their beliefs on helpless, defenseless school children; (4) stop the teaching of legitimate science in schools; (5) display the Ten Commandments in public schools; (6) pray at public school football games; (7) make others uneasy about their beliefs; (8) attack homosexuals; (9) attack immoral women; (10) beat their children; (11) are illogical in their beliefs; (12) pretend to believe in the bible but refuse to learn Greek; (13) make internally inconsistent statements about their beliefs; (14) think witches should be burned; (15) belong to organizations with a history of killing heretics; (16) attack the Jews; (17) think that the Sabbath is Sunday; (18) Think that 3=1 and 1=3; (19) believe that a human being can be born without a father; (20) believe that spirits exist; (21) believe in immortal souls; (22) believe that the earth was covered in a flood; (23) believe that a body, crucified dead and buried, can be resurrected and function; (24) believe in the impossible.
I think people who post such weird beliefs should be called to account. I think they should defend such absurdities. I am perfectly willing for people to say "The Holy Spirit came to me in the night and told me this was true." But at the same time, I want a Professional Psychiatric opinion (even from a religious hospital) that says "This person is sane enough to be allowed to beg and sleep on the public streets."
Perhaps it would be eas for you if instead or seeing my posts, you took a minute to read them.
