I think it was the woman who visited him in his office sometime between 6-7pm.

No. I did suggest he check the cable company, which he did, but they don't keep records of routine usage.

Don't know, but it obviously wasn't sometime between 9:25 and 10:55.
Who was the first person to tell him about Suzanne's murder?... When was he told?
I know he heard about the murder (in general) on the local 11pm news. I assume, but don't know for sure, he was told late the next morning by Yale who the actual victim was. At some point that day he was asked by a local TV station to comment on her, which he did. That's how the police first became aware of him.
