Absolutely.
Any info I have submitted here was garnered from my son who worked in Japan for four years. I am no authority and yes all facts should be confirmed through Revenue Canada. No doubt we are well on our way to addressing the issues here. Other input is welcome and is ,of course, the whole reason for the thread. I might add that he paid 6% income tax on a substantial salary while in Japan. Doesn't it make yah sick when you think we pay as high as 51%.
