Please note that Geof has not exactly formed or expressed his own opinion through dd on QCOM and JDSU. He is repeating the opinions of "the list" and not taking a position on JDSU at all.

I am not sure what the "behavior of the stock market" has to do with classifying QCOM as a King or a Gorilla.

I would call this "artful dodging".
