Larry, Gosh, I'm not getting the futures quotes during the night session or so far this morning. I don't have them on my Interquote either. Apparently Globex is working because CNBC has a live bug. My guess is that unlike most of us traders, Q-Charts employees actually have a live and are off. Add that to their understaffing and their less than adequate customer service already and you have a "blackout" of info regarding the outage. I don't have any guess as to where the problem lies, but regardless of where, there should be a recording, a mass emailing, or some sort of explanation and an approximate time of service restoration.
