Matt: My guess is that unlike most of us traders, Q-Charts employees actually have a live and are off. Come on Matt that is no excuse. If you're going to offer a product 24/7-365 you should monitor it constantly with qualified employees that can respond and correct problems contemporaneously. This holiday data problem is a regular occurrence for QCharts/QFeed. This is poor management. Regards, LG
