I think someone got advance notification of that press release two days early. I was watching on level II and one of the MMs was on the bid continually. If you came in with a higher bid he'd raise his to meet or beat it constantly.

Merril came out with strong recommendation for the B2B stocks (VRTY was not on the list) Hopefully we'll get to ride on that one.
