Bill, that's what one would think, right? but this morning they added reserves AGAIN. trust me, the extra liquidity will NOT be mopped up in an election year, unless the market forces the Fed's hand. of course, the bond will just continue to lose ground... we'll see if any of this money-for-free partying begins to show up in official inflation data. if so, the Fed might actually act. regards, hb
