In my experience there is a Hell of a lot of difference between a bad debt which is usually collectable IF the debtor stays in business... big IF, of course ... and a cancelled order where the potential customer says that the order was cacelled because the tech. product didn't meet spec. Judges can't tell if the product was fit and so they rule "don't have to pay for what you did not get, next case" Even if you win it takde a very long time and lots of legal fees.

I will try to get more info from industry sources and I will report back.
