PB, Of course, Oregonians blame Californians for this; you know, all that California equity moving up here and paying ridiculous prices for any decent property "they" can get their hands on. :-). Others also made mention of this (CA money driving prices up in AZ and as far away as FL). You'd think we printed money around here. I'm going out now to look for a place where they may be giving it away. Beautiful spike up in INTC this a.m. Nice if we can hold a good part of it, but the higher intra-day, week, month, year (2000) price will help later on no matter what happens. How's that for some amachoor TA? Tony
