Once the changes you are talking about are made, it will be too late to buy the stock. You are not going to buy the stock of a company that has turned itself around and making a good profit for $5 a share.

I also think a name change for the company is in order. Since the product mix has changed substantially, I think a more appropriate name should be chosen.
