You see even cube admits that dvd will not gear up until 4thqtr 97, but they expect late qtrs 98 to be the most profitable. Late qtrs 98 to be the most profitable for DVD. DVD appears that it will be bigger in PC's this year than originally thought. Keep an eye on announcements here. Also, find out the following "who has a license for CSS (DVD decryption)". The company with the license is the only one that can sell product. Notice I said company not companies... Not one company has announced this yet. Don't forget VCD & Divicom will also grow during this same time frame. I expect VCD to surpass 20mm units this year, now that I've seen ESS & Cubes numbers (unless someone was lying). I'll try to visit here more often in the future. Please don't reference this thread on the main thread, invite friends only.
