NETSCAPE AND VASCO TEAM UP TO PROVIDE ADVANCED USER AUTHORIZATION AND AUTHENTICATION FOR BUILDING EXTRANET APPLICATIONS
VASCO TO BUNDLE NETSCAPE SUITESPOT WITH LEADING LINE OF PRODUCTS
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. (April 22, 1997) - VASCO Corp. (OTCBB: VASC) today announced that they have signed an OEM agreement with Netscape Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: NSCP) to bundle Netscape SuiteSpot integrated server software suite with VASCO's suite of Internet security products. With the new solution, organizations will be able to use Intranet and Extranet applications with enhanced user authentication and authorization.
Under the terms of the agreement, VASCO will bundle Netscape SuiteSpot servers, including Netscape Enterprise Server software, Netscape Directory Server software and Netscape Certificate Server software with VASCO's VACMan Security Server Suite (VACMan/Server, VACMan/LDAP, VACMan/Client NT, VACMan/Personal NT, and VACMan/CryptOS).Netscape and VASCO will jointly market these integrated products through Netscape Affiliate Plus Value-Added Resellers (VARS) worldwide.
