I wouldn't assume Intel wants to unload shares, especially at current prices. They don't need to sell at distressed prices, so I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they are smart enough to hold the shares for higher value.
My concern is more the other way, that Intel or Tektronix or someone else buys RSYS and takes the company out of play.
