You bet. Call it a value rotation, or anything you want to call it, but the little ones are doing really well. Look what Rat BRLI has done. That thing was 1/2-3/4 not too long ago,,,was mentioned in the thread intro, and on Rande's fishin thread many times, well under a buck...just one of many..best one was POCI, a total % gain in the same hood as QCOM....
