Ron,

Check out the Insider trading by Tanibanis to March 18 (the last day reported to date). He continued to sell shares, about 60,000 from March 14-18 at prices around $1.25.

Given the fact that this man continues to dump shares on the market every chance he gets, this situation is beginning to look more and more like a paper play. Don't get me wrong, I am long on the stock and I believe the results look very good to date, but it just surprises me that Tanibanis continues to sell. Investors are complaining that David Walsh of BRE-X sold 3% of his shares in September last year. Tanibanis keeps selling and selling and selling!! The fact is Tanibnis is treating this as a paper play, and perhaps thats what this is.

He sold more than 1.6 million shares in Janaury and February and he justified this by stating that he put the money back in the company. The truth is he reinvested a fraction of the money back in the company at a much lower price. Why is he continuing to sell even after the placement? This is a question he should answer truthfully.

I bring this to the attention of this forum simply because I think it is dangerous for us to evaluate a company and its property with blinkers on. Has anyone other than me questioned Tanibanis about his insider trading? Perhaps it would be worth the cost of a $10.00 phone call. Tel: 011-61-70-557-759

Davis
