I'm still in it. I've been in since Aug 97.
When it crashed I started to average down
and it looks like it may pay off. I just wish
the rouble-dollar exchange rate wasn't so
bad. With my averaging down I've recovered
most of my earlier losses. I just wish I had
bought more when the NAV was down around $2.00.

When I got into this fund I did it knowing that
I would hold it for 30 years. I had no false
beliefs that Russia was anywhere near past all
their problems.

A new president and then hopefully reforms to
get Russia a real banking system is what I'm hoping for
in the next 6-18 months. Progress will be slow.
But the potential to be in on the ground floor is
what is keeping me in the fund.
