Moved up a few tics to get some $12 1/16 UPR - & back to $11 7/8ths CAM down $4 on 400K vol ? You'd think that would take more volume = a short selling shakeout against no major Institutional buying. This is a "Wink & a Nod" shakeout... into the API's - everyone posturing; curious to see the spin if we see flat draw's - from Y2K builds; could get ugly... with OPEC cheating spin... Could get some real nice "last chance" buying opps just like we did last January - prior to the march to april liftoff - that was a coiled spring with many doubles.
