Emerald,

I had a chance to participate in a conference call with the Boys in the Montana Cabin. They said that their oil lamps were uneffected by Y2K......and that the chart for IDX looks very good. Although most of what was said sounded like Greek to me.....I guess the momentum isolator candlesticks turned positive indicating accumulation.

They mentioned several large blocks moving on the buy side as being rather positive. This was also happening last week.

Also.......An addition to the Commission list posted earlier today.....We expect IDX to move to the NASDAQ sometime this year. We think it would be a great move.......and that this will take place, if not before March 31....then shortly thereafter.

IDX should be exposed to the NASDAQ investors.....and it would add to shareholder value.......perhaps quite a bit.
