Is Bill Gates really a fool?

He has almost all his money in Microsoft stock. If he liquidated it, he'd have the huge tax bill that David Fiddler paid last week. Ouch!

These issues were discussed in depth in July. There is an alternate argument that nobody but a fool would keep all of their money in one basket. Also it is very difficult for these people to liquidate their gains. This is known as DIVERSIFICATION.
