SMRA provides telecommunications carriers with infrastructure equipment and related services. For the nine months ended 9/30/99, net revenues increased 70% to $87 million. Net income increased 24% to $16.7 million. Revenues reflect greater customer demand for equipment, expansion in United States markets and growth in significant customer accounts.
