Briefing.com said that NETP would easily goes to 50 short term on 12/30. The run from 29 to 35 was long overdue, and 35 to 42 is just a MoMo plays. Harmon just put gas on fire now. NETP always prefers jump then rest/pull back -- repeat the same cycle over and over.
