Now for our five objectives for our EDRAM business:

Objective #1: Close a major memory partnership for access to advanced
manufacturing fab lines
One of the biggest obstacles to growing our EDRAM business has been limited
resources and lack of control over manufacturing supplies. We realize that to
experience the full potential of our EDRAM technology, we must develop a close
strategic partnership ? not just a foundry relationship - with a top DRAM
manufacturer to gain access to advanced manufacturing and standard DRAM
product designs. Our goal is to accelerate our time to market and catch up with the
industry?s DRAM density curve. With the recent difficulties Rambus? technology is
experiencing, the time is right for us to develop such a partnership.
