The interesting thing that I find attractive about NETP is the fact that it is a "safer" way to play to e-tailing boom. We have all heard the numbers about online sales increases etc. Many segments of this market have me hesitant to invest directly because of very low profit margins and heavy competition. NETP allows me some of the benefits of a rapidly growing etail sector without having to pick which horse will win the race.
