In response to your question which, deserves a fair answer Hello jhild, How was your New Years ours has been busy? The accounting firm we signed a three-year agreement with has rescheduled us for the first two weeks of January, due to their busy load, for our final audit to complete 4 years of audited financials. We are running approximately 30 days behind from submission due to various delays. Our sales last year without a catalog were just under $215,000. We made a profit and we paid taxes. We have almost surpassed « of that amount this first 3 months of our fiscal year in sales. Our new 16-page color 2000 International catalog is now printed and ready for distribution now. The new 2000 Athletics catalog will be sent out with a major publication in the Industry "American Track and field Magazine", which is delivered to over 20,000 high schools and 1600 colleges in the USA. We were just approved for a $300,000 credit line and signed an agreement with a financing firm for up to $500,000 on our account receivables. Please make note our busy season is upon us and we are the Official suppliers of equipment for the San Diego Indoor Championships January 22, 2000 in San Diego. We will also be suppliers of products to the L.A. Indoor Championships on February 19, 2000. These are televised events please look for our products and the ESSX "X" on TV.
