Well, it's on the web, but behind a coded log-in, it's proprietary and I have been asked not to copy and paste it, I get it through having a Midland account. Two important points (IMHO)--they intend to be work-out specialists, not passive holders collecting rent. In the words of the annual report "We do not intend to purchase or hold investments for strategic purposes with an indefinite holding period, without regard to our ability to add value." Buy 'em, fix 'em up, paint 'em, and flog 'em---in the logger's vernacular......They seem to me to have demonstrated their ability to do this well......Second point--Keating likes them, is impressed by quality of management, feels they should be trading at higher multiples of forward earnings. He has only a 3.50 12-month target, but is consistently conservative while being 95% correct about directions and choices between FS stocks.....I'll post more out of his stuff when there's time....Cheers......
