I'd like to revisit the MRVC short interest a bit.
We've always assumed most of it was related to the convertible debt. That was OK with me when we were under $30, but we are now in the $60s, yet the debt remains relatively the same this whole year, and increasing the past two months. I am very puzzled by this.
I would have thought that the convertible debt related shorts would have covered long ago, and the change in MRVC's prospects should have led to significant short covering by now. Obviously this is not true.
Does anyone have any light to shed on this?
