If your in the business, talk to a sales rep. I imagine they can point you in the right direction. The only other stock I follow is Schein (HSIC), the dental supply company. Their 5 year chart is a disaster, not as bad as ADLI mind you, but bad none the less. It's been over a year since I looked at them seriously so I really can't comment, but it might be a good value play.
