That is the million dollar question. What will be the cash costs per ounce.

The Yanacocha mine is producing at $110 per ounce. The host rock is a soft easy to crush altered volcanic. In addition, the location is excellent, near a major urban center.

Piernia was producing at $40 to $50 per ounce because of the silver credit. Again, it's in very favorable rocks and near a major urban center.

Luicho is different. Hosted in quartzites and far from any major city. I believe looking at other mines and comparing the costs involved for mining, I believe the costs wiull be higher than you think. It wouldn't be $100. Even 3 million ounces at $150US per ounce cash cost is excellent, but with the deal, what will happen to the IRR.

Anyways it will be an interesting play and I believe this chat line one of the better ones around.
