Ok, how about OCLI. Optical Coating Laboratory Inc. It's a smart ass way to pick JDSU. It's being bought by JDSU for 1.856 shares of JDSU/share of OCLI or something like that. Right now it trades at about a 6 point discount to this buyout number. Assuming the deal goes through, the discount will close up and it will turn into JDSU. So it's like buying JDSU plus getting the discount. Mouhahahahaaa. CMB
