Hi Dude,

It has been a while since I sold SUMX when the TA indicators showed selling pressure. However, I bought it back at 11 1/2 today after I looked it all over again. This company is definitely worth for a long-term holding. Looks like their strategy is to keep on acquiring companies to reach a critical mass in order to get attention from the funds. Internal growth is too slow to reach that stage. Therefore, I have to say that this is the right step to improve shareholder's value. What we need is patience. This is not an internet or biotech stock. SUMA is a solid meat-and-potato company. Good luck. I just could not under stand the reason why it got such low PE valuation. Take care.

Sincerely,
Wade
