CHTR has been very quiet indeed, but also having a tremendous amount of block trading going on in a narrow price range. On a personal note, my cable internet provider 21st Century Cable of Chicago(formerly private) is now being bought out by RCN. RCN is a primarily east coast based cable co. who has recently had a very large investment by Paul Allen. It's an interesting move into the midwest for them.
