Jim: I just go to trade history each day and use a calculator...I subtract $20 per trade for the commission. If you do it daily, it is not too tedious. I had nearly 10k trades this year, last year I waited til the end and I had 4000 trades, took me 40 hours straight to get it right... I dont use any tax software, just Excel.
