CNBC is referring to the fact that Q dropped and closed 20+ points down from the near-open high of 200, while most of the other big name technets (CMGI, YHOO, JDSU, etc.) fully recovered and closed well above their early day peaks. IMO, QCOM needs a breather, and it's nice that it has 20+ points of chart room above the current price.
