I have also noticed more info/discussion on ADR's and foreign stocks. The foreign markets have not gone anywhere near as crazy as the U.S. market and many people feel there may be more upside overseas than here.

I think most are better off using a good mutual fund for their foreign investments. Information can be difficult to find. American investors investing in U.S. stocks have it good due to all the required disclosures.
