They are getting some competition right now from AMD which is affecting their performance some. It will make them stronger in the future, like competition usually does. Microsoft is a fine company, but I don't like to put all my eggs in one basket. Anyway, over the last 52 weeks, I've gotten much better returns from some other stocks that are much more linked with the Internet (Cisco and EMC), which are, heaven forbid, mostly HARDWARE companies. I wouldn't bet against their continuing to outperform Microsoft, which need only stamp out bazillions of CDs. Hell, I hope they all go through the ceiling. Let's move on. Heard anything new about Win2000? Tony
