Let me get this straight...

You disagree with what I said concerning the "Body" of the Lord and accuse me of concocting it and being unorthodox.

You do not refute the verses I gave in support of it nor can you from any creed which you accused me of being out of whack with.

Here's some info since you asked:

I am between memberships right now I am joining the Free Church of Scotland but have some issues with their recent ruling on theonomy and some of the things that were reported concerning the doctrine of Dr Greg L. Bahnsen.

He was an American author of many books concerning theonomy and I spent time with him personally. He passed away December 11 1995. He was very good in some areas of theology so much so that he was asked to speak almost non-stop at Universities and Seminars on the Law of God. In other areas he knew less than many. I would say he was a little lob-sided but He was not weak in the area to which men called him. He freely admitted he was miles behind where myself and some of my friends were in many areas but had right from the time he got his Doctorate found such need and calling in the area of understanding the Law of God and it's place in the modern world that he was driven and demanded of without rest to address that very topic.
He was right most Christian are clueless concerning the Law

The "Free Church" set up a commission in Scotland to look in to the primarily American movement of 'Theonomy' and to pass ruling on it. Some of Greg's writings were quoted out of context in the report and they very foolishly ruled that no ruling officer may be elected to office who holds to that position but members were free to believe it.

Prima Facia without need to understand any thing being ruled upon ; if it is not good or heresy to anyone who seeks to be an elder or if belief in anything is to be harmful or untrue enough to disqualify from eldership then how can any "allow" members to believe it without reproof, censure, or at least discouragement?

Besides the which they could not disagree with the basic tenants of the doctrine anyway considering their stand concerning Government and Magistrates and the King of Kings.
