Bruce ...... We have to clarify something .......... (1) All 4 Analysts following CLZR include in their estimates a Tax Provision Rate of 35% or 38%. (2) All CLZR Reported Earnings use an actual rate of 20%. Note:As stated by CLZR mgt. this will be true for the entire fiscal year 2000. (3) Consequently, whenever you compare actual earnings with analsts estimates - you have to convert one or the other to the same Tax Rate to get an apples to apples comparison. Just comparing CLZR reported earnings versus analysts estimates will lead to an erroneous conclusion. i.e. CLZR reported earnings will ALWAYS BE HIGHER ... (4) For the last 3 quarters - even on an apples to apples basis - CLZR has beaten analysts' estimates. (5) The significance of the Whisper Number of $0.55 is the following: It implies RECORD SALES ........... And the significance of that is ......... It implies FUTURE RECORD SALES ........ Q2 is CLZR's 3rd weakest quarter. For us (if it should happen) to be pulling record sales this early in the seasonalized season MEANS that those EXCLUSIVE distribution channels ..... a - Brazil b - PSSI c - Electrologists have began to kick in, and kicked in EARLIER than I thought.
