foxey,
I had decided to let the weenie dog live. Tonight, I am not so sure.

He seems taken with me. He was supposed to be 'the wolfs' dog. But he displays a rather remarkable lack of taste by wanting to be my dog. He like to 'perch' on me which I view as knowing the the best BTU generator in the house. And he like to 'go' with me....where ever...
So I have been letting him 'go'. Tonight, I discovered that I was out of milk. So...time to go. (Remember, I am rural) We get in the truck and 'go'. I leave the truck running and go to get a jug of milk at a 'quick mart'. All well and and good.....unless you happen to have electric door locks that a short dog might step on to see where you are going. Of course, when you come back out, he steps back so you can get back into the truck. No amount of pleading of dachshund of epic proportions can entice him to step on the door-lock, again.
Help.
I think I need to punt him...just on general principle...
