Greg... You are indeed allowed by our Lord to "enjoy" all things not sinful... Bench Press what you will..I may need a body guard later! :-} Remember this... 1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come. It does not say "nothing" it says "little" I came not to scorn....exercise is fun... God gave us bodies to enjoy...even our wives ;-} ( OK I'm blushing...... a little I want you Greg to know....
