Hi, Minerva ... thank you - hope your New Year's is off to a grand start.

Have heard nothing from company. I called several weeks ago
late in the day. Spoke to a man who wasn't all that talkative, and
didn't seem to want to discuss the company with a shareholder.
His only statement of interest was that "a few deals are being worked on and we are close to agreement."

When I inquired about more sportsbooks coming online, he replied
"... well, negotiations are in progress with a number of them."

He DID volunteer info that ISWI earnings for qtr ended 9/30/1999
would begin to show effects of live money trials. The quarter
ended 12/31/1999 would show effect of the four (4) active sportsbooks
running the live money trials.

My take: For the 4QTR99, ISWI has revenues and may be close to
profitability. IF they can swing a few deals and bring more
agents online, then 1QTR2000 should show a profit. Just a guess.
We have about 3-6 months more to go then we'll either see a
flash-n-fade company OR one that is off to the races.
I believe the races.

Your thoughts ?

Regards,
Dan
