No C.P.A.s on this board? I've been waiting for someone to point this out, but I'll just do it myself. If the quotes in the Bloomberg article attributed to the auditor are accurate, they imply that the auditor was working for the company at the time of the conversation with David Evans. C.P.A.s have an affirmative duty to keep confidential the internal affairs of their clients. Now, David Evans, as a financial reporter knows or should have known this. What transpired between these two men that caused this breach? If this reporting by Evans and the quotes attributed to the auditor are accurate, they would both have to notify their insurance carriers if I were at the helm of the Good Ship ANTS. Crandell
