Hi Master...the Dell situation was different because they'd already stumbled--they'd met instead of beat estimates for the first time ever, which signalled that their period of skyrocketing growth was at an end. The street had punished them already, in part because Michael Dell had given no warning, and I think they felt betrayed. I think the "save the stock" split was on the second time they met instead of beat earnings.

Here you've got a company with huge potential, rapid growth, etc. I would think they're trying to keep up with other companies splitting 3-1 or 4-1--and t2s analysis sounds correct to me. If you're in the 160s a 4-1 doesn't make sense
