The company said its unique visitor numbers for November, "eclipsed the
combined November traffic of Fogdog's three closest competitors."

Fogdog, which launched its initial public offering in December, saw its shares
rocket Monday after J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., one of four underwriters on the
company's IPO, initiated coverage at buy with a $25 price target.

The company's shares closed Monday at 14 7/8, up 5 3/8 or 56.6%, in Nasdaq
trading.
