imo it's only when an investment mania is nearing it's final phase that people become courageous enough to move into the most speculative sectors of the market in force. mind you, i'm not saying 'it's over'. only that when you see this type of behavior, the end is getting close. that said, i still expect one more round of rotation into value and cyclical stocks after the current correction runs it's course...of course i could be wrong. regards, hb
