I've never been a fan of thestreet.com, but do they have to invent reasons for the market's weakness? Hows about rising T-Bond Yields and Dollar Weakness against the Yen as a more important focus. Some of the weakness stems from the late news of deep trouble for Netherlands-based enterprise software maker Baan (BAANF:Nasdaq), which very early this morning announced a restructuring that will lead to a fourth-quarter loss of $240 million to $250 million. Instinet said there had been no trades in Baan yet this morning
