The market futures are down, the Fed is probably looking to raise rates next month - however, I believe that there is a lot of money that was pulled from the market in anticipation of Y2K problems, etc, and that money is waiting to get in.
Hopefully, that will prevent or delay a major correction for a while, although today may provide a buying opportunity in some of the techs.
